Respect & Safety

Zero tolerance for harassment. Any harassing, predatory, or unwanted behavior toward another guest — verbal, physical, or otherwise — will result in immediate removal with no refund, and forfeiture of future admission.
No visible intoxication. This is a space for calm, present listening. Guests who are visibly drunk or impaired will be turned away at the door or asked to leave.
This is a safe space for BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, and Trans folks. Bigotry, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior of any kind — toward identity, orientation, race, gender expression, or anything else — is not tolerated and is grounds for immediate removal.
Respect personal space and consent. Ask before lying near someone, sharing space, or touching another guest’s belongings. Don’t assume closeness is welcome just because the room is dim and relaxed.

Bring your own yoga mat, pillows, and/or blanket to relax on. Seating is floor-based — the studio does not provide bedding.
Dress comfortably; you’ll be lying down or lounging for most of the session.

Lighting will be low, not dark. Expect a dim, ambient atmosphere (part of the projection/visual experience) — but always enough to see your surroundings and move safely.
Guests are encouraged to lie down, lounge, relax silently, talk quietly, journal, read, or even lightly nap. There’s no one “right” way to experience the session — just keep it low-key and considerate of others doing the same.

Keep conversation quiet and minimal — this isn’t a social mixer, it’s a shared listening space.
Phones away and on silent for the full session — part of the point is a break from screens and scrolling.
No photography, video, or audio recording of any kind, for any reason. No exceptions.

No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the studio.
No weapons.
Leave the space as you found it — take your mat, pillows, and belongings with you when you go.

Sessions are 18+. Age is confirmed during the application process.
Admission is application-based; GCC Studio reserves the right to decline or revoke admission for any violation of the above.
Sessions are $15 per visit.
